This intimate event marks the culmination of a two-day songwriting workshop with Inspire Aspen’s students\, where they have had the opportunity to collaborate\, create\, and refine their original songs. During the performance\, the students will not only showcase their work but also share the stories and inspirations behind their songs\, providing a deeper connection to the music. Join us for an evening of creativity\, inspiration\, and the power of storytelling through song. \nColleen McKenna blends the heart of classic country with the soul of faith-driven storytelling. Originally from Ohio\, she moved to Nashville after high school and quickly made a name for herself\, hosting songwriter rounds at the Listening Room Cafe and penning lead singles for the Ryan Waters Band. At just 20\, her lyrics explore love\, heartbreak\, and hope with a voice far beyond her years. Her music spans both country and Christian genres\, with viral hits like “WWJD” and original worship songs such as “Revival” and “Reason to Trust.” With two independent country projects—Rewind and Broken Record—and performances across the U.S.\, Mexico\, and Italy\, McKenna continues to craft music that connects across stages\, sanctuaries\, and everywhere in between. \nTristan Trincado is quickly getting recognized for his old soul expressive vocals that sing straight to the heart. As senior at Basalt High School\, he captured the attention of the Inspire Aspen Foundation and emerged victorious in their prestigious\, Aspen Rocks\, in 2024. His debut original song\, “Sinner\,” is now available on all music platforms and is featured on the @gibsonguitar playlist\, where he has been proudly named the CEO’s favorite new artist. \nGracie Searle-Feinberg has a unique singer/songwriter style and her catchy lyrics will make you forget she’s a senior at Aspen High School. Since the age of 9\, she has been writing her own music and performing on the streets of Aspen. Currently\, she is in the process of creating her debut album at Mad Dog Ranch+Studios\, working alongside the Inspire Aspen Foundation. Notably\, Gracie was a winner in their esteemed program\, Aspen Rocks\, in 2022. Proceeds from the event will benefit Inspire Aspen Foundation and go towards giving unique opportunities to student musicians in the Aspen Snowmass Roaring Fork Valley to pursue their talents and musical journeys. Admired through her career for her talent as an artist and song connoisseur\, Harris shook up country radio in the 1970s\, and established herself as the premiere songwriter of a generation selling more than 15 million records and garnering 14 Grammy Awards\, three CMA Awards\, and four Americana Awards. \nHarris is one of the most admired and influential women in music. This is a wonderfully intimate performance by two of John’s friends and some of the most sincere performers of John Denver’s music. \nWith his strong\, expressive\, classically trained tenor voice\, Mack Bailey\, is a nationally acclaimed singer/songwriter who has performed all over the world as a member of the renowned folk group\, The Limeliters. As a member of The Hard Travelers and “Tribute to John Denver” productions\, Mack has sung with dozens of folk and country stars\, as well as performing with his wife Rachel Levy as duo. DESCRIPTION:Bone Hill – The Concert is a new musical work for theater created and developed by librettist/composers Martha Redbone and Aaron Whitby at Joe’s Pub and the Public Theater\, as part of the New York Voices artists’ initiative; Co-commissioned by the Lincoln Center David Rubinstein Atrium. Bone Hill is the recipient of the NEFA National Theater Project\, an NPN Creation and Touring grant and Redbone is a 2015 Native Arts and Cultures Foundation Fellow. Redbone and Bone Hill-The Concert are represented by SRO Artists\, Inc. \nBone Hill – The Concert adds diverse missing narratives– racial dynamics between Native and African Americans\, Native American\, and White\, stories from the perspective of the women and the lives of people of color living in Appalachia\, their culture\, and music. It reveals erased\, forgotten truths and it does so with humor\, pathos\, and exuberance. \nInspired by her own life and the women Martha Redbone is descended from\, the lives of the Bone family members are told in songs that span a swathe of American music telling a parallel history. An epic journey through traditional Cherokee chants and lullabies to bluegrass and blues\, country\, gospel\, jazz\, Rock & Roll\, Rhythm & Blues\, and funk. \n
