Counterpoint: Conrad Tao & Caleb Teicher
Counterpoint is a groundbreaking collaboration between pianist and composer Conrad Tao and dancer-choreographer Caleb Teicher. Together, they explore the intersections of music and dance, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation. Their performances feature a thrilling mix of Bach’s Goldberg Variations, Art Tatum’s exuberant jazz, and Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, weaving improvisation with classical and contemporary dance in a shared, spontaneous experience.
